The 2007 year at Sheridan Interactive Multimedia has begun. Our post-grad students come from diverse backgrounds with many skills and interests from anime to zardoz!
This year, along with all the essentials, learners will concentrate on Flash video including interactive video with branching, tracking, affecting and blending as well as using video as input for motion capture minority report type applications. We have also introduced a Web Applications course geared towards Web 2.0 sharing applications.
In addition to traditional Web sites and features, we will explore “big” interactivity from walls to worlds and “small” interactivity from mobile to molecules (well… we’ll see). So look for these at our open house in April 2007. We will also be featuring multimedia pioneering blogs here and will post an entry when they are available.
